A customer reached out with an urgent request for a PTO, but due to the recent high demand, there was a lead time against the next batch of production. Under normal circumstances, this would have been in stock and ready, and that would’ve been the end of the conversation. But this wasn’t a normal situation. Rather than simply pass along the bad news, we took the initiative to dig deeper. We started making calls across our distributor network, checking inventory, and what unfolded was nothing short of inspiring. Location after location came up dry, but we kept pushing. Eventually, one of our distributors confirmed they had stock on hand. Not only were they willing to help—they jumped into action without hesitation. No negotiations, no red tape—just a shared understanding that when one of us succeeds, we all do.
