WPT Power Corporation was evaluated by Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent Texas firm, and is pleased to be recognized as one of the “2019 Best Companies to Work for in Texas.” BCG surveyed WPT’s employees and reviewed several key measures of the company. Those standards include benefits, compensation, employee enrichment, employee education, communication, diversity, community initiatives, and overall corporate culture. It is a statewide survey and awards program, a joint project of the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Society for Human Resource Management-Texas State Council (TX-SHRM), Texas Monthly publishers, and managed by Best Companies Group. This competition recognizes companies whose employees have rated them as one of the best places to work in Texas.
