Stephani brings more than two decades of experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales operations, inventory management, and business development. Throughout her career, she has provided organizations with improved forecasting accuracy, optimized inventory levels, and contributed meaningful growth across manufacturing, consumer products, construction, and retail markets.
Prior to joining WPT Power, Stephani served as a Business Development Specialist with Brown & Root Industrial Services, where she managed proposal development and collaborated with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives. She also held leadership positions with Excell Home Fashions, Kent International, and Newell Rubbermaid, where she developed extensive expertise in demand planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain analysis supporting major retail customers.
As Inventory Demand Analyst, Stephani will work closely with WPT Power’s operations and supply chain team to develop demand forecasts, improve inventory planning, and support product availability for customers worldwide.
